I tried using a DS4 controller and the native support is not complete or fully implemented(no way to choose wall or weapon types) so I needed to open the game while in Big Picture mode to automatically configure the controller. After that, I was able to use the DS4 with no issues.. I've already requested refund, for reasons below...Mouse controls seem finicky. comboing melee seems to ignore inputs that arent precisely in the middle of the button as opposed to just ON it at all - which would be fine if it wasnt so large and misleading. Makes the game on a computer artificially difficult - stacked on top of the poor resource system. A 650 turret can be soloed by a warrior only worth 110? add that to repair costs - the fact you lose resources for not being near something that dies - AND the turrets dont always seem to fire, which suggests theres a line of sight issue that isnt made visible to the player... Iono, maybe it worked better on DS. I liked the concept - but strategy games can be frustrating with the smallest control bugs...Its probably enjoyable to alot of ppl - I just couldn't get into the control style.... As a fan of the original DS game, this port is very underwhealming. For fans of the original game: Just play the DS version, it has a lot more polish is terms of gameplay and overall presintation. The soundtrack is also underwhealming, some of the songs are still good, but the original songs feel a lot better, maybe it's nostalgia, but I'm not feelin' it.The gameplay, in combat and in build mode feels off, but that's probably thanks to the transition from DS to PC, but I'd hopped for better. Sometimes Lock moves to the opposite side of a wall I'm trying to fix for god knows why, it almost got me killed on the first proper level. If you've never played Lock's Quest before, give it a shot. It's a very interesting twist on tower defence, but if you have a DS of any kind, I'd recommend the original rather than the PC port, maybe it's better on consoles, but the PC port is really disapointing.I had high hopes for this port, since Lock's Quest is one of my favourite games of all time, right up there with Drawn to Life 1 and 2, originally made by the same people. Overall, I'm happy to see it get a second chance but due to the fact it didn't even see itself on the "New Releases" might be the final nail in the coffin for this game's populairty, to remain only as a cult classic for the fans who owned a DS during the 5th Cell era.. Needs a bit of polish, but overall I had a good time. not worth $15, buggy, bad controls, better value to get a ds emulator and play the original
